We don't just train or place people.

Our vision is to architect their growth.

PALLANT exists to prove that human potential, when designed and channelized with intention, can change institutions, careers, and economies.

Not just as a one-off.

Permanently.

Our MANIFESTO

Talent is not a transaction. It's a transformation.

We believe the future of work demands more than skills.

It demands identity, agility, and leadership - built deliberately, from the very first classroom.

Illustration of business growth stages with people working at different levels along an upward arrow, representing progress from basic training to leadership.

"What would happen if we invested in what is RIGHT with people INSTEAD of what is WRONG with them?"

That question - asked by Don Clifton, the father of Strengths-based psychology - is the one that guides everything we build at PALLANT.

We are not a learning provider. We are a talent partner. We don't design courses. We design journeys. From the first spark of ambition in school to the strategic foresight of a CXO. Each intervention compounds on the last. Each stage is deliberate.

For every individual who dares to lead. For every organization that chooses to evolve for a future that is already here. For every institution that wants its graduates to become more than placed…to become extraordinary.

This is why PALLANT exists.

Built by people who've put in the hard yards.

The FOUNDERS

Two founders. Four decades. One conviction: when talent is designed with intention, it changes everything - for the person, the institution, the organization, and the economy.

Prashant Nambiar

Founder & CEO

"I spent 25 years living and solving for the gap between how organizations develop people and how people actually grow. PALLANT is the answer I kept wishing I had."

Prashant built a 25-year career at the intersection of large-scale business growth and human capability. He has led talent functions for some of the world's most demanding organizations — 16 years consulting global Fortune 100 clients on Learning-as-a-Service, and 9 years leading talent transformation and capability development for over 300,000 global professionals across businesses spanning $10 billion in revenue.

At Accenture, he served as Managing Director and Global Lead for Capability Development. At Wipro, as Vice President and Global Head for Talent Transformation. In both roles, he saw the same story unfold: talent treated as an episode when it needed to be treated as a lifecycle.

PALLANT is the company Pallavi and Prashant built to fix that — at scale, with focus, and with the rigour that only comes from having been in the room…in the trenches.

Pallavi Gurung

Co-Founder & Chief Growth Officer

"Competence gets people selected. Presence makes them successful. I've spent 17 years helping people close that gap — and at PALLANT, we do it when and where it matters."

Pallavi brings 17 years of corporate training and placements leadership across some of India's most respected organizations — from Accenture and Microland to ValueLabs and Woxsen School of Business. She has built learning practices from the ground up, led executive-facing programs, and trained and placed hundreds of students and professionals.

In her previous entrepreneurial endeavor, as the founder and CEO of Finedge, she pioneered a practice rooted in personal branding, image management and executive presence — the human signals that translate competence into credibility.

At PALLANT, she leads growth and partnerships, especially with academic institutions. Her north star: every program should not just teach something…it should permanently shift “how” people show up.
